Tai Hing Estate is the oldest public housing estate in Tuen Mun, and the flat's original iron windows had oxidised, with operation and sealing both declining. Amgen measured, custom-made and installed brand-new aluminium windows with obscure glazing and patterned grilles, sealing the frame joints with silicone. As alteration work involving the wall structure, it is Class II Minor Works compliant.
