The silicone at the frame-to-wall joints of this commercial building unit had failed, and gaps had opened at the air-conditioner recess, letting rain in through both. Amgen erected scaffolding to work on the external wall, stripped out the old silicone and re-applied silicone around the frames, then sealed the air-conditioner recess and the pipe penetration through the wall. On completion the joints are fully sealed.
