The silicone at the frame-to-wall joints of this industrial building unit had failed, letting water in along the window edge in heavy rain. Amgen erected bamboo scaffolding to work on the external wall, stripped out the old silicone around the frames and re-applied silicone to seal the joints, while also sealing where the air-conditioner pipes pass through the wall. On completion the joints are fully sealed against rainwater.
