A unit at Park Avenue had a shattered window glass pane, compromising safety and waterproofing. Amgen replaced it with a new glass pane and re-applied silicone waterproof sealant edging, retaining the original green aluminium frame and window grille. The window was restored to a secure and fully usable condition.
