Service Overview
The "Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme for Needy Owners" is administered by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) to subsidise eligible homeowners in carrying out home repairs, improving living conditions and building safety. Eligible applicants may receive up to HKD $80,000 per 10-year cycle.
As a registered minor works contractor, Amgen is legally qualified to issue window inspection certificates and completion documents.
