Waterproofing at the window frame-to-wall joints had failed, causing seepage at the window edge in the rain and water marks on the ceiling and plaster. Amgen erected scaffolding to protect the site, scraped out the old sealant at the frame joints, re-applied silicone waterproofing, and cleared the sill drainage — thoroughly resolving the leakage.
