The Long Beach, Tai Kok Tsui — Aluminium Window Waterproofing

The silicone at the window frame-to-external-wall joints had hardened and shrunk, causing window-edge seepage in the rain. Working from scaffolding, Amgen stripped the failed old silicone, re-applied interior and exterior frame silicone for waterproofing remediation, and replaced the weatherseals. After completion the joints seal tightly and the seepage is eliminated.

住村屋，近年颱風頻密，露台已申報之鋁窗嚴重滲漏，天花爛晒，向超過五間不同師傅打價，一係太貴，一係講嘢冇紋路信唔過，最後決定直接搵鋁窗公司，主要都係靠Google裏面嘅評語，搵咗安進。

鄧小姐負責初驗，已經能講出問題所在，疑惑盡解。並提供切實及合理的方案（相比之前的師傅，有些太過吹水，有些表示冇乜辦法搞，有些第一時間話要搭棚唔係做唔到）。

最後王師傅用左兩日時間，非常細心，一步一步處理。而且唔使搭棚，只係拆窗，順便換埋膠邊，方法簡單好多，同時提升鋁窗嘅防水能力。

每個過程，師傅都會解釋清楚方法及原因，使用的物料也非常讓人放心，更多次幫忙解決額外的問題。

其他師傅話，就算幫你整咗，都唔敢保證三五年唔再漏水，但王師傅整完之後，話基本上你冇乜特別情況，唔使再整，因為已經好堅固，當堂放心晒。

經過今次不斷格價，最後揀咗專業做鋁窗嘅公司，而唔係泥水或者判頭，覺得冇揀錯，因為確實有啲專業材料同專業技巧，唔係人人都知。
