At a unit in Shun Ning House, the silicone at the joints between the window frames and the external wall had failed, cracked and opened up gaps, causing water ingress around the windows during heavy rain. Amgen scraped off the failed old silicone around the frames, re-applied silicone sealant to waterproof the joints, and re-sealed the external wall interface. On completion the joints were fully sealed, thoroughly resolving the window-edge seepage.
