Kwun Tong Yee On Centre — Full Flat Aluminium Window Replacement
A homeowner at Yee On Centre undertook a full flat renovation requiring complete window replacement to match a dark interior design theme — all frames were custom-made in matte black aluminium. Amgen designed bespoke windows for each room, including a bathroom projected window and a living room sliding window with iron grilles. The completed works deliver a unified aesthetic throughout the flat, compliant with Class II Minor Works requirements.

Kowloon Tong — Full Home Aluminium Window Replacement
A detached house with windows over 20 years old — oxidised hinges and shrunken sealant caused multiple leak points during typhoons. Amgen fabricated a full set of bespoke silver-white aluminium windows for the homeowner. Works passed waterproofing tests on completion.

Fanling School — Aluminium Window Renovation
School aluminium windows had exceeded their service life — oxidised hinges and hardened, shrunken sealant caused water ingress during rainy days. Amgen replaced all classroom windows to meet school safety standards, with works scheduled during school holidays to minimise disruption.

Sham Shui Po School — Aluminium Window Renovation
Aluminium frames across multiple classroom and corridor floors had oxidised, with some hinges becoming loose and posing safety risks. Amgen replaced all windows and installed school-standard safety accessories. The school reported excellent results on completion.

Sha Tin Sun Chui Estate — Public Housing Corridor Window Replacement
Corridor iron windows at Sha Tin Sun Chui Estate had oxidised extensively, with louvred glass panels prone to falling loose and posing safety risks. Amgen designed secure aluminium windows and installed anti-burglar stainless steel grilles for the homeowners, compliant with Class II Minor Works requirements.

Tsui Lam Estate — Public Housing Iron-to-Aluminium Window Replacement (Elderly Subsidy Scheme)
An elderly resident at Tsui Lam Estate applied for window replacement under the Housing Authority's elderly subsidy scheme. The existing iron windows had oxidised severely. Amgen replaced all windows with new aluminium frames and installed iron protective grilles in accordance with Housing Authority guidelines, ensuring full safety compliance. External works were carried out with bamboo scaffolding, compliant with Class II Minor Works requirements.

Lei Tung Estate — Public Housing Balcony & Kitchen Window Replacement (Subsidy Scheme)
A resident at Lei Tung Estate applied to replace balcony and kitchen iron windows under a subsidy scheme. The existing iron windows had oxidised, requiring full replacement of the large kitchen window and bathroom window. Amgen completed aluminium window installation and iron grille works to Housing Authority requirements. Iron grilles were fitted on the large kitchen window to meet safety regulations. Sealing performance and ventilation improved significantly on completion.

Tin Shui Wai — Waterproofing Works
Window frame sealant strips had hardened and shrunken, and external wall structural sealant had cracked — causing water ingress during heavy rain and damaging walls and window sills. Amgen removed all external wall structural sealant and replaced the sealant edges, then re-applied structural sealant and glass sealant throughout the exterior, thoroughly resolving all seepage issues.
