Amgen's Waterproofing & Leak Remediation Works addresses multiple sources of water ingress around aluminium windows in a single visit — treating the window sill, frame joint and wall interface to eliminate leaks at the source.
Works are carried out by our licensed minor works contractor (MWC 316/2021) and include full replacement of contracted or hardened silicone rubber weatherstrips and fresh application of weather-resistant silicone sealant to fully seal the joint between the window frame and surrounding wall. A 3-year waterproofing warranty is provided on completion.
